I don’t keep business by making clients work up a sweat without teaching them anything. I believe in the profound nature of learning about one’s own body and how fitness can be as enjoyable as it is beneficial. I think changing one’s perspective is the first step in changing their life. Along the way, longevity, physical capability, and (of course) appearance will follow. Results always speak louder than words, and the process is something we can all learn to love.
